We buy diamonds locally in Farmingdale, Long Island, New York, and  now  we also buy diamonds from all over the country using the US Mail, UPS or FEDEX, whichever works out best for you.  Pack up your diamonds or jewelry and ship it to us with insurance, and when we receive it, we will notify you immediately. While your jewelry is in our store it will be insured by our insurance company(Jewelers Mutual). We will then contact you within 24 hours on what we can pay, and if you agree, a check will be sent priority mail with the US Post office.
If you decide not to accept our offer, we will ship your jewelry back to you insured mail via one of the 3 methods listed above within 3 days.

PACK UP YOUR ITEMS IN A  BOX OR PADDED ENVELOPE, PUT YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION IN THE BOX AND HOW WE CAN CONTACT YOU(EMAIL OR PHONE).  SS JEWELS WILL REIMBURSE YOU FOR SHIPPING COSTS IF WE PURCHASE YOUR ITEMS. WE DON'T PAY FOR IT UPFRONT BECAUSE EVERY PACKAGE DOESN'T COST THE SAME TO SHIP, DEPENDING ON ITS VALUE.

IT IS THE JEWELERS JOB TO FIGURE OUT ITS VALUE AT CURRENT MARKET PRICES IF YOU GIVE THEM A PRICE THAT IS WAY TOO LOW, NO ONE IS GOING TO PAY YOU MORE THAN YOU ASK FOR YOUR ITEM, THEN YOU LOSE, IF YOU SAY A PRICE THAT IS TOO MUCH, NO ONE WILL BUY IT, YOU WILL END UP TRYING TO SELL IT YOURSELF AND THAT NEVER WORKS.
